About Me

This is what I do.

First, I am a father and a husband. I have been married for eleven years and a father for ten years. Family comes first.

Next, I am a software engineer. I work for HelloWorld. I have worked there for almost 4 years. I do backend web development and have worked on sites for some of the largest companies in the world.

I am also a student, at least for the next few months. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in computer science at The University of Michigan - Dearborn. I will graduate in April, 2017.

In addition to being a husband, father, software engineer, and student, I also teach. I am currently nearing the end of my first semester teaching and I really enjoy it. It is not something that I would want to do full-time because I like to get my hands dirty writing code, but it is something that I would like to continue doing part time. I am currently teaching a Visual Basic .NET course at Oakland Community College.

In my free time, if I ever find that I have some, I like to watch sports, mainly football. I am also into all of the Marvel and D.C. superhero movies.
